Description: This listing is for a Helium Size S Vintage Y2K 2000s Dusty Pink & Black Double Layered Ruffle V-Neck Top. This gorgeous dusty pink sleeveless top has a double layered ruffle along the v-neckline. The bottom layer is black with contrast dusty pink stitching and the top layer is dusty pink. There is a twisted knot in the middle of the bust. It has lettuce trim hem and along the layers. This is such a gorgeous and rare find. It is in good condition with minor fading and minor-moderate peeling from wash/wear. Chest: 27 in., Length: 20 ½ in. 95% Rayon, 5% Spandex.
