Description: ORIGINAL VINTAGE PUBLICITY PHOTO for HELEN KANE, then working for PARAMOUNT Studios (circa 1929-30). This photo was numbered P1063-4 (the fourth picture taken in that particular publicity shoot). Famous as Hollywood's "Boop-Oop-Ba-Doop" girl, Kane was mostly known as a supporting actress in film. However, in her last picture, she was the leading actress in Paramount's "Dangerous Nan McGrew" (1930 PARAMOUNT). This photo is in GOOD condition with a chunk out at the lower left and a tiny chip out at the top right corner tip. Near the middle of the right edge there is a 1" tear. This publicity photo came from a collection of 300 publicity photos and production stills running from the late days of silent pictures (1927) up to 1935. Notes and documents that came with the collection indicate they once belonged to, and were used by a celebrity publication such as a newspaper or magazine located somewhere in New York. Shipping is $5.00 to the United States. Shipping will be combined for multiple purchases. I have lots of Golden, Silver and Bronze comics for sale. Please check out my other items.
