Description: This is a Replacement for Hehr "Standard" Window Link Lever model 614. The model 614 Link Lever is used on the bottom pane of Hehr Standard Dual Pane windows and the center and bottom pane of Hehr Standard Tri-Pane windows. The model 614 is also used on 9" and 11" Hehr Standard Single Pane "A" windows. Note: The model 613 Link Lever is used with the top pane of Dual Pane and Tri-Pane windows. The model 613 is available on a separate listing. These are newly manufactured stainless steel window actuator levers (aka link levers) designed to replace lost, bent, corroded or otherwise damaged original stamped steel levers used with Hehr "Standard" Dual Pane windows. These are not reconditioned OEM or "new old stock" (NOS). These newly manufactured levers are fabricated from 304 stainless steel that is thicker than the original stamped steel design and is highly corrosion resistant. Hehr "Standard" windows were manufactured by the Hehr Manufacturing Co of Los Angeles, CA. They were commonly installed in many travel trailers beginning about 1950 through the early-1960s. These windows are commonly seen in vintage trailers such as Airstream, Silver Streak, Boles Aero and some "canned ham" trailers. The original levers were connected to the window pane using a a variety of methods such as a machine screw, clevis pin, and split cotter pin (not included). This same attachment method will work with these levers. The attachment hole has been sized to accept #6 machine screw, 1/8" split rivets or 1/8" clevis/hinge pins (3mm will also work). Vintage Trailer Gaskets has a good "spotters guide" on their website to help identify the type of window you have (and can also provide replacement seals/gaskets if you need those).
