Description: This is Health Assessment for Nursing Practice 7th Edition by Susan Fickertt Wilson and Jean Foret Giddens. This book is in good condition. It was actually used by one of the nurses in my husband's doctor's office. It has a tear at the top left of the front cover where the cover meets the spine. The corners of the front and back covers and spine also show some wear. The code inside has also been scratched off. The book itself has a lot of life left and would be perfect for any nursing student needing a copy for class who does not want to spend an arm and a leg on a new copy (we all know how expensive Textbooks can be!).
