I've read most of them. They've moved with me and gone in and out of boxes many times. I've obviously cared a lot about my books (many of my hardbacks I covered in plastic book covers) and have taken good care of them. But as someone who once had 6000 books, I bought them everywhere—both new and used. So, if you're looking for "pristine," I don't have much of that. I won't rate much of anything better than very good because of the absurdly stringent definitions—as in you can have a new book that you've never even cracked open but even that is probably not going to be perfect.
