Description: The Mayberry Hotel in the Welcome to Mayberry series, approximately 5" long, 6" wide, and 5 1/2" tall. It is in mint unused condition and comes with all the accessories: wreath, string lights, and the interior light, which works. These can be seen in Photo 6. Also included are the COA and the styrofoam packaging (Photo 7) and the outer box, which has tape (Photo 8). Check out my other listings for more Welcome to Mayberry buildings.. I gladly combine shipping when feasible. A small handling fee is included in the shipping charge for the cost of packing materials (bubble wrap and packing peanuts) when necessary. I am meticulous in describing condition. There are no returns unless I have missed something significant. I pack very carefully. Packages with a value of more than $100 are always insured, the cost of which is included in the shipping and handling charge.
