Description: Edward Curtis Photogravure "Havachach Weaving - Maricopa" from The North American IndianVolume 2. This has been examined under a 10x loupe and is NOT an offset print. Frame is separate from art. No glass. MEASUREMENTS: Image: 5 1/4" x 7 1/8" Sheet (sight): 7 1/4" x 8 5/8" Inner plate impression: 6 1/2" x 8 1/16 Outer mat: 13" x 13 1/4" Frame: 14" x 14 3/8" CONDITION: borders of photogravure sheet is sandwiched between matting which is glued together, and thus am unable to remove photogravure. The sight portion of the sheet with image is not glued down, however the outer margins of the sheet behind the matting windows are affixed somehow (unknown whether with glue or tape). This will come as shown with print in matting. The vintage wood frame will arrive separated from artwork. There will be NO glass included in package. Matting hastoning at its far edges from where it sat in the wooden frames' rabbet. Frame has nicks, scratches and wear. Back edges of most rear matt board has some damage from where nails were removed. MEASUREMENTS: Image: 7 1/8" x 5 1/4" Inner plate impression: 8 1/2" x 6" Sheet (sight): 9 1/4" x 6 1/2" Outer matting: 15" x 10 15/16" Frame: 16 1/8" x 12". This will be safely packaged. Photogravure with its matting will be sandwiched in between acid free matt boards for extra protection within box. If actual shipping is less than you paid, I refund the difference.
