Description: Philomena had a bad fall when she was only 9. She was in the kitchen, she climbed up on the counter to get some flour out of a high cupboard. Some flour spilled out and she lost her balance and fell backwards hitting her head on the hardwoods. Philomena was her momma's little helper, she was cooking and tidying from a young age.
