Description: You are looking at a Vintage Harman Kardon A-300 Tube Tuner. This beauty is in working condition. I could not believe how good she sounds. I do think she could use a good cleaning, the switch for AM/FM selection most importantly. In running the unit, I did break the cord that allows for dial to move and tuner rectifier itself. I could not figure how to repair it, and do not have the proper nylon string to do so anyway. I'm leaving this to you experts...I am a bit jealous actually.....The original front case is missing. The original owner had removed it and placed some angled aluminum on sides to drop it into a cabinet he had that dates back to late 50's. I will be listing the Garrard turntable this unit was matched with as well, pulled from same entertainment cabinet. If I come across the original front part of this tuner I will addend this listing, for now sold as is. I did leave the front cabinet part mounting screws, so you have them if you have this part.
