Excellent condition of vinyl and skirt and stitching - not stiff from age, stored properly and seat foam is excellent ... if you buy these NOS you need to ask if it was stored properly! This is very flexible w no deterioration in foam, stitching or vinyl. As w all NOS items, white plastic/vinyl discolors over time, you can see it on the skirt and sides ... I have had tremendous success by using the rough side of a kitchen sponmge with ajax to whiten it up and remove staining ... it doesnt always work 100% but its easy and cheap and my go to remedy... I will leave to you as you may want to leave it alone- its not bad at all in person- pictures magnify it.
