Description: Harley Davidson Original OEM Oil Tank Trim Piece.NOS.Part # 62540-83.Fits FXR FXRS FXRT FXRD FXRP Models 1984-94.This trim came from old Harley Davidson Inventory from the 1980`s.Harley would purchase this trim on a large roll,then have it cut to size.I had the piece cut from this roll to about 8 3/4" Long.So you will have plenty of trim to use on your FXR Model.The width of the trim is .460" Wide.(You may have to cut the length to your preferred size).A pair of snips works just fine for doing this.The trim looks to have an aluminum inside so you can bend it around corners if you prefer,(see pic # 4).This is Vintage High Quality,not some new style junk.So as always,Please look at all pics so you know and understand NOS condition,and if this is correct for your year and model,(see all pics).(Harley FXR Oil Tank Not Included).Thanks for looking.
