All screws and washers are polished and then cleaned to remove excess polish material. You will never get a bag of dirty bolts and unpolished or missing washers from Alloyboltz. Unlike our competitors, we don't just send you a bag of bolts and washers. This is our new 1961 & Up Harley Aermacchi Sprint 250 & 350 Engine 166 Piece Kit. We polish all bolts by hand and the bolts have no knurls. We use detailed labeling on the component kits making installation easier than ever before. It does not fit the Electric Start models. A similar kit from other polish shops or dealerships can cost you $250 or more. The chrome plated kits don't last very long before they crack, peel, and rust. These bolts are great looking and best of all they will not RUST!! This kit consists of the following individually packaged and labeled component kits: Left Crankcase Cover, Intake, Right Crankcase Cover, Cylinder Head and Sprocket Cover This kit covers the 1961 & Up Sprint 250 & 350 models. Depending on which Year and Model you have, you may have some extra Polished Stainless bolts left over. We use our custom made washers that to get proper coverage so your covers will not leak from sloppy fit. The polished washers in the kit are custom made in the USA for us to our specs.
