Description: Estate Find HARDING BLACKOXBLOOD GLAZED CERAMIC LAMP1979 We offer a large ceramic table lamp by nationally renown potter Harding Black (American, 1912-2004) from San Antonio, Texas. The ceramic lamp is bottle shaped and glazed in a rich oxblood coloration with regions of white glazing at the mouth. Signed on bottom "Harding Black 1979". The lamp weighs 25 pounds 7.1 ounces and measures 14" across and 28" in height to the top of the socket. The upper rim measures 2" in diameter and the wooden base measures 9" in diameter. As seen in the photographs, there are three minute glaze pops near the neck and roughness to the glaze and firing cracks at the base.
