The photos show some flaking of paint at the base. I'm not sure if the drip mark occurred during the manufacturing process as this was hand painted. The Happy Foot is quite heavy....solid! For informational purposes I show a Keene's Corn Cure Display(also made by the Old King Cole Company) photo. I have 2 remaining....I may sell one at a future date.
