Description: This is a handmade painting by myself. The size of this is 13.5 cm by 16 cm. Hanuman has always been portrayed as immensely powerful. His gada/mace is almost always with him. Here he is about to take off after lifting the Dronagiri mountain. He is the chosen deity of sportspersons, especially the traditional Indian wrestlers the pehelwans. And like him pehelwans like to swing gadas and mudgars. They are very closely connected to the earth element as well. From preparing their sparring area the akhada, with a recipe of special soil, turmeric, ghee and so on. One major difference between their way of exercising compared to the western gyms, is that most of their exercises aim at the body as a whole. Any of these could target a bunch of muscles, while the gymming machines are reductionist breaking body into triceps, biceps, glutes and so on. Also the indian exercises which you could count on your fingers, dand (Indian dips), baithaks (situps), and a few others almost all of them aim at the core muscles. Which is in fact connected to the muladhar. When one works on strengthening the muladhar, the main trunk, the branches get strong as a free bonus. Any blockages in the muladhar when unblocked, cause part of the 'debris' to go up the spine and get stuck in the vishudha chakra. Like the poison which Shiva drank got stuck in his throat, this vishudha filter, also filters anything going up the spine protecting the upper chakras. Swinging the mace or the mudgar is one way to remove these 'aftershock' blockages which may manifest in the neck and shoulder muscles. So if you are a follower of Hanuman, also do a few dand baithaks, and swing at least a few rounds of the mudgar or the mace. . #bajrang #bajrangbali #ramayana #shriram #yoga #decoracion #mythology #shiva #decoration #interiors #interiordecoration #originalart #asianvintage #asiandecor #miniature #bohodecor #worldart #decorar #designerdeinteriorer #decor #livingroom #bohodecor #interiordesign #homeliving #homestyle #decorhome
