Description: Beautiful handmade birdhouse from a friend of mine. New, never usedThe entrance hole is just the right size for: chickadees, tufted titmice, nuthatches, bluebirds, prothonotary warblers and wrens. My friend starts with her organically grown gourds. The design is woodburned and painted in black, red and copper. The background design adds a bit of green to the mix. It's finished with 2 coats of UV marine spar varnish. There are drainage holes on the bottom and leather strap for hanging. The seeds have been removed and the inside has been left natural for the birds. Approx. 11 1/4" tall, 6 1/2" diameter.
