Description: Handmade Green Linen and lace Bloomers. Cottagecore Steampunk These bloomers have hand-gathered ruffles, wide legs and are one of a kind. The back closures are snaps and ties at the top (see photos). They were made to sit on the hips, but you could wear them higher if desired. Ribbons could be removed and hooks/eyes added instead. Lots of room for alterations. I have worn them twice. There is a spot on the back--looks like a detergent stain, but I have been unable to remove it and have not tried aggressively, as I don't want to damage the linen. I wore a bustle skirt over these so that never showed.
