Description: Are you ready to snuggle up underneath this beautiful new handmade full size quilt? It is made with premium quality batiks in all colors of the rainbow along with black strips for a striking effect. This quilt was handmade by me and the finished size is 78" x 90". The photos show this quilt displayed on a queen size bed and it is intended as a full size comforter. Important Measuring: Please measure your mattress before buying to ensure a good fit. Measure the length and width and also the drop on each side (the thickness of the mattress plus 1-2"). This quilt will have an approximate 12" drop on 3 sides of a full size bed. Wondering if it will fit a queen bed? Maybe. A Queen size mattress is 60" x 80". I feel the drop of only 9" would be a bit short on a queen size bed, however mattress thicknesses vary so please measure accurately. ***If you have any questions, please feel free to use the contact link and ask before purchasing. I am happy to answer your questions. Size: The full size quilt measures 78" x 90" including borders as shown. Fabric: The squares are premium quality 100% cotton batiks. Zoom in on each of the photos to see the wide variety of prints - there are at least 30-40 different fabrics used in this quilt! The strips in between are a black Kona cotton. Batting: The batting is a light to medium weight Hobbs Heirloom 80% Unbleached Cotton, 20% Polyester for warmth and durability. Quilting: This quilt was professionally machine quilted on a long-arm machine by a local quilt shop. Blocks: It is machine pieced and made with many different batiks and very few duplicates. Border: The outer border is a black Kona cotton. The seams and corners are mitered for a professional look. Binding: The binding is a colorful yellow batik print and is machine stitched in place. Backing: This quilt is backed with a dark gray swirl fabric called "Go with the flow" from Maywood Studios. Shipping: Your beautiful quilt will be shipped insured in a sturdy new box and carefully packaged along with care instructions. This quilt is machine washable. RETURN POLICY: Quilt must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its' original box with all original packing materials. No refund will be given if there is any sign of wear, use, or staining. Colors: I have done my best to show the colors as accurately as possible, but due to different monitors the colors may appear slightly darker than they actually are.
