Description: This is really an amazing Vintage fully and lovingly Renovated 1:12 handmade wood Dollhouse with Furnishings and Turntable - Great for a Christmas gift or gift anytime to that special collector! This wonderful wood dollhouse has 6 beautifully furnished and appointed rooms and includes a rooftop patio and a bedroom balcony. Doll family of four, mother, father, brother and sister included in the dollhouse are posable German Caco dolls. The house measures approximately 32 inches T from base to top of brick chimney, 22 inches wide and 13 inches deep (16 inches deep when including the balcony). This house was acquired at an estate sale and has undergone a renovation from top to bottom. Windows all replaced with acetate paned replacements and all have curtains. Only items in the curio are glued - all other items to include curtains are attached with removable soft putty. Staircases are refinished with oriental runners and are removable (these are removed for storage and delivery). Rooftop patio has a removable ladder (velcro) and is furnished with antique metal lawn bench and 2 chairs and a handpainted wood coffee table and resin with metal flower basket. Two other antique metal lawn chairs are on the balcony. The bath includes linoleum flooring, medicine cabinet, wall mirror, storage cabinet with bath salts, towels, ceramic toilet, clawfoot tub and pedestal sink (tub and sink with shell soap dish and soap). Sink and tub have decorative floral appliqués on them. Kids room with Fairies wallpaper, bed with bedspread, pillows, canopy and afghan, floor rug, wooden play cart with wood bunny toys and a crib with a mini stuffed bunny. Wall art includes a fairy print and a bunny print. Master bedroom includes poster bed with bedskirt, quilt and pillows and linen top covering, night table and flowerpot and chest with a baby book and oriental rug with cross stitch art. Music/study includes a desk with flower pot and newspaper, player piano with resin bunny statues and sheet music and piano stool, two ladder back chairs and a bench with a cat, mouse and yarn. Music room Patio Door has a stained glass appliqué on front and back and oriental rug and wall plate hanging art and two framed pictures. Living room is beautifully wallpapered and has a glass front/shelf curio filled with resin bunny statues, upholstered sofa and wingback chair, butler's coffee table with package, faux marble top side table and flower pot and extra dining room chair with oriental rug--staff bell cord, enamel wall art and framed print. Kitchen has cute apple red and white wallpaper, includes a dry sink with attached water pump and brass decanter tray and cups, drop leaf table with drawer and 3 dining chairs, icebox, hutch and faux wood stove and rooster rug and tea set along with poultry wall art. The exterior was completely renovated and includes faux brick tile and mortar foundation and chimney. Cut balsam and handpainted shrubbery are on both sides of the house and front along with US Mail box, house numbers and non-working exterior lantern. The roof was stained to replicate an aged shingle look. The turntable was from the previous owner who at some point planned to display the house on a table that would allow it to be turned 360 degrees. The house and contents weigh approximately 25 pounds and turntable weighs approximately 7 pounds. Dollhouse household items will be packed separately from the house. House renovation carefully done by 3-person team with more than 400 hours of work. This fully furnished and appointed dollhouse, including the careful renovation is a bargain.
