Description: A nice 1980s era studio pottery vase, hand thrown and hand painted in light blues, purples green and browns. Shape and glaze place the piece in the 1980s. It is signed HS and a few other similar vases are found online but no one has identified the artist. This vase features two morning glories on each side with greenery between. Nice shape and heft. Blue lines in the lower parts. Lovely matte gray background color. No chips or cracks. Some minor signs of use inside. 7.5 inches by 5.5 inches at its widest. This piece of studio pottery needs a new staging to showcase its lovely florals.
