It is not maker-markedI'm not positive of maker but my guess is that it was made in France & hand painted here in the US in the early 1900's. The background color is a pretty pale yellow with violet & blue flowers & green leaves in a brown planter. It is not signed by artist.It has a matte finish No chips, cracks, repairs,crazing,etc. There is a bit of wear & soil to unglazed base rim & a wee bit of wear to gold band plus some minor interior mineral stains though..This beauty measures approx. 6 1/2" high & measures approx. 2 1/2" maximum wide across open rim x 2 3/4+" in diameter across base rim..It displays beautifully!
