At the temperature of 650 degrees the glass starts to be flexible and only then the qualified worker is able to create any shape.When the blown bauble is cooled down the process of silvering the ball begins. To achieve the mirror effect the baubles are moved to another department to be injected with nitrate of silver. Next, already silvered baubles are ready to be moved to Decorating Department where talented decorators can transfer anything onto the baubles.
