Description: Up for auction a wonderful hand carved wood Oranda Goldfish with a light green body with white wash. The Goldfish measures 4 1/2" high, 6 1/2" long, 4 5/16" wide and weighs 1.7 pounds prior to packing for shipping. Will ship in an 7x5x5 box. This piece is in very good used condition without damaged cracks, chips, flakes or repairs. Not knowing the nature of the paint, it has not been washed. There is a dark spot on the middle of the forehead. One side has a rub mark visible through the green glaze and a couple of white spots further upwards towards the top fin. The top fin has rubs to the white wash and the natural wood is visible. There is a visible green rub along the right side of the face and another darker rub under the right eye. Some of the natural wood flaws and knife marks are visible across the right side of the head, down the top of the right fin and to the right of the right eye.
