Hanchett Model CT-18 Tool Grinder 1/3 HP 110V

Description: Hanchett Model CT-18 Tool Grinder. Comes with the attachments / items you see on the skid. We've had problems finding information on this brand and model grinder. It may not have all the attachments it originally came with, or some of what's pictured may not be original to the machine. Looks like it would be easy to fabricate hold downs, etc. to hold different types of parts to be ground or sharpened. Good running machine. Has new bearings in the spindle and electric motor. Motor is a 1/3 HP, wired for 110V Single Phase. All the adjustments move freely are easy to manipulate. This is strictly a manual type grinder in that the table motion is not powered. The grinding wheel installed on the machine has some rough edges and may need replaced. Not sure if it could be "dressed" or not. There is a new grind rock that we received when we bought the machine, but it seems to be a little too thick to fit on the spindle. We can barely get the locking nut threads to start when trying to install that wheel. Again, some of the parts / pieces shown may not be original to the grinder, or even work on it.
