Hammarlund HQ-215 Vintage Communications Receiver + Collins Filters (recapped)

Description: This HQ-215 (serial number 34872018) is in good condition for it's age. It's not perfect as there are scratches and the top cover appears to have been repainted. Inside, we can see that it has two optional Collins filters installed. Further, there are numerous capacitors replaced, but I don't know who did the work or when this was done. It's receiving well on all bands, but would likely benefit from an alignment. The receiver was missing the DC power cable, so we made one up and am including it in the sale. The only real "issue" we noticed is that the power stays on even with the power switch is in the "off" position. There could be an issue with the switch. We haven't looked into it and wanted to make everyone aware. SHIPPING/PACKAGING: All orders ship within one business day.
