The 12 string is in very good condition and has been completely restrung and setup by our guitar techs. The neck is straight; the frets have some wear, nothing that affects playability and the truss rod functions properly. The body shows some light signs of wear with some checking on the back. Electronics have been cleaned and are noise free with the exception of one switch that is a little noisy. Pictures are the actual instrument for sale and not stock images. Mike's Music and Sound is a small family owned, single store and most of our inventory is on display for our customers to see and play.
