Description: Here we have a GUINNESS "BELIEVE" Pebble Paperweight ‘DROP OF GUINNESS BEER’ Souvenir Collectable. It is clear Lucite, approximately 2 inches in diameter and 3/4 inch thick. It is saucer shaped. It has a drop of Guinness sealed into it. Part of a Guinness ad campaign from the early 2000's called "Believe". Visitors of the Guinness Storehouse were given this palm-sized Lucite token call the pebble. It contains a bubble filled with Guinness stout inside. It granted access to the Storehouse, its displays, and gift shop. It also acted as a drink ticket at the Gravity Bar on top of the Storehouse. A bartender would apparently scan the pebble to deactivate the metal strip inside, serve you a pint, and return the pebble as a souvenir. Use it as a paperweight or put it on top of your beer napkins on your home bar !!Condition: Even though it was stored inside a drawer, and I never used it, over the 20 years I've had it, the small drop of beer has dried up and only a thin film remains.
