It is used and I would be misleading if I even said normal wear and tear because it looks new! There is the open spot where zipper is but those that may not know, it’s to place the zipper down flat No dis color at all! Very thick tough canvas ( most Gucci bags will wear thin on bottom corners but this one has NO wear! Removable black strap will be mailed inside the bag. Any questions… just ask!
