This is designed to give the best chance of the plant recovering in our nursery or our customers being able to rehabilitate the plant themselves. On occasion, we offer these plants as rescue orchids at severely discounted prices.DOA: We have a history of 98% success thanks to our packaging methods, but if your plants arrive damaged, please retain all packaging, and boxes, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. COLD WEATHER: Heat Packs are Mandatory if temperatures are below 40 F until spring for purchase in our shop which includes additional insurance and packaging. We do not charge for this, but we do need to account for the additional weight. PROCESSING TIMES: Orders are shipped on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. Orders placed outside these days will ship the following week.
