Shipping is calculated by Ebay Shipping. I only ship First Class Mail. Period. All cards are shipped in bubble mailers, sleeved and in holders. International Shipping is Ebay International. No Exceptions Lots of 4 or more do not qualify for the .18 additional card. They are shipped according to weight. I DO NOT OFFER PARTIAL REFUNDS ON CARDS! If you are not satisfied with your card, I will fully refund it on completed return process. There are no exceptions to this. Other Items All Items are shipped based on weight.
