They produce a wide variety of models, both copies and originals, and their G Company LP copies in particular have been highly praised and are selling at high prices on the used market. This time we have the popular LP copy model EG-800R from around 1979. [Body] Total weight about 4.6kg. Solid maple top with mahogany back, body color is a vivid red sunburst. The reddish color is still there, and it's a beautiful color. There are several dents the size of rice grains on the body top, and other damage such as buckle scratches mainly on the body back and dull metal parts, but considering the year, it is in relatively good condition. [Neck] The headstock is a 50s style small head, and the neck is a 3-piece maple specification. There is also a sticker with the model name on the back of the head. The tuners with the GRECO logo are functioning well, although there is some variation in the tightness of the winding. The frets and nut are slightly worn, but there is no buzzing or clogging and the playability is good. Nut width is about 43.7mm. The neck shape is thin and slim, but it is wide enough that it feels more massive than you would expect when you grip it.
