Gorgeous! VtG 20's-30s Silk Roses Netting Gathered Apron Drop-Waist Dress M/L

Description: We do have a little French bulldog-so while all attempts are taken to ensure no errant hairs have made their way onto this item-it is a possibility-so if you or someone in your home are highly allergic this may not be a good source for you. He also attends doggie daycare on a pretty regular basis-so while we do not own a cat-there is a very remote possibility that another dog may transfer their hair or fur or a cat's hair to our dog. If you are new to Ebay or have a feedback score of less than 10 please contact me before placing a bid.... ~Please note this is not as shimmery or shiny in person...from my camera flash only...Gorgeous fine silk dress....feels very much like a raw silk with very little shimmer to it-in a light blue with pink cabbage roses print ~ cream superfine double layer of mesh material that is trimmed in a narrow band of soft maroon at the neck opening and a double set of banding of the same soft maroon with soft yellow trim...the same detail at the sleeve ends ~ drop waist as shown is heavily gathered with the same mesh trim detailing ~ each 2.5" wide tie at the back sides is approximately 35" length to each side tie ~ this is hand made...no size so please use extra care with the measurements provided below ~ this has a large 3.5" hem....... Condition is excellent vintage...as one can expect with an item of this age-even one that has been lovingly cared for and properly stored there are several notations to make-there are holes at the upper right back shoulder...directly behind that seam and the largest of these is 3/4"-there are other small pinprick size holes in several areas including a few minor ones on the sides and lower front with the largest group of these on one of the belt ends-there are also a couple of light wear spots to the silk on the dress and some fading in different areas-which is not really noticeable unless looking closely....noticeable when you lift up the gathered "apron"...as the areas protected from light show very-very little fading.......
