Description: What a dynamite plate this is! We have a Gorgeous Chelsea Derby Imari Plate; 1833-47; Strong Cobalt, Rust and Gilding. Magnificent large peonies with a bold cartouche border. It measures 8.75" and shows crazing, cutlery marks, some enamel and gilt loss, a small chip showing on the back and front and an old larger chip showing mostly on the front; still highly displayable due to the ornateness of the pattern.
