Featuring a beautifully detailed oval silhouette bust of a woman wearing upswept hair with curls, cameo is bezel mounted into a marked 10K gold frame with decorative open scallop edge - there are tiny cut diamonds open back mounted within the gallery as shown. Complete with original bar pin and loop closure, shell is semi-translucent when held to the light. Condition is lovely with no damage of any kind other than light usage wear, and some fine soiling within the open backs behind the stones -- just a beautiful antique piece - guessing it dates to the turn of last century - wonderful addition to any collection!
