Description: Ten vintage paperbacks by Gordon R. Dickson. Included are the first four books of the Childe series: The Genetic General (published in Astounding Science Fiction magazine as Dorsai!), published 1960. No Room for Man, orginially titled Necromancer, published 1963.Soldier, Ask Not (published 1967) and Tactics of Mistake, 1971. All these are in good condition for reading. All have scuffs, edge bumps and general signs of handling. No Room for Man has a large, deep crease on the front cover, and some initials in ink inside front cover. Soldier, Ask Not has a bookstore stamp inside front cover.Of the other books several seem not to have been read with tight spines and no spine creases. Alien Art has a large crease at the bottom right corner of the front cover. There are price tags on the front covers of one or two of the books. The books in general show some scuffs and edge bumps but are not as obviously handled. All pages and inside covers are yellowed from age/storage.
