Goliath Regulateur, Green Cartouches, w/Train, 65mm, Keeping Great Time

Description: This is a great looking, heavy and very clean goliath with the exception of the fading and staining on the back as mentioned. Attractive green cartouches with gold trim. Not tested for content. Great looking Luis the 15th hands and dial is in great shape as well but does have one edge chip between 10 and 11:00 position. Pictures are part of the description so please check carefully. Not tested for gold content. Watch runs very well and ran for more than twenty hours on partial winding. Crystal is high and thick, with very light scratches; most likely from being carried in the pocket. This is what you would truly expect to get from a well-loved and daily carried pocket watch. Not tested for accuracy or duration. Regulator does work, so time can be adjusted if required. Case is pretty clean for its age, ca., 1880 or 1890. Case does show use, fading, stains and worn gunmetal to the back. Great timekeeper and an AWSOME Display Piece. Does wind and set without problems.
