Mosly metal with quartz being second in the ore composition with gold visible to the eye and mixed inside the silver areas Two cut faces with natural edge ore slab with very light hand polishing which the raw silver may be a little tarnished. New cut from an old 1800s Ore Knob Copper Mine ore specimen. 3-7/8 inches x 2-1/4 inches x 5/8 inch thick. About one pound + in weight. Historical North Carolina registered mine ore slab specimen.
