Godspell: Day By Day 1972 Bell 45,210 Bell Sound Bestway Products Pressing G+

Description: For sale is a 7 inch 45 RPM vinyl single from the Original Cast of Godspell titled "Day By Day b/w Bless The Lord", originally released in 1972 by Bell Records. I bought this used, professionally cleaned it on my VPI HW-17 machine and immediately put it into an archival inner sleeve, then into a storage box for 45 RPM singles, that was kept under optimum conditions for both temperature and humidity until today. On the labels, after the matrices, is printed the suffix "BW" and in the dead wax between these labels and the last tracks, is etched "Bell Sound sf", indicating that this record was mastered at Bell Sound Studios of New York, N.Y. by Sam Feldman before it was made at Bestway Product's pressing plant, located in Mountainside, New Jersey. These are hallmarks of state-of-the-art engineering, sought after by collectors and music lovers for their superior sound qualities. The vinyl is visually graded as Good Plus, because of smudges around the rim, sleeve marks and hairline surface scratches, none of which can be felt with a fingertip. I'm play grading this record as Good Plus because of occasional ticking during the first few seconds of both sides, sibilance and surface noise, none of which over-powers the vocals of the music.
