I SUSPECT THAT IT WAS DONE BY A SHARP WIRE HANGER. I WOULD CONSIDER SLITTING THE SLEEVE FROM SHOULDER STRAIGHT DOWN OR A TRIM COULD BE ADDED TO HIDE.
