The eccentric lockout kit is to be installed with adjustable arms. The arms alone should have more than enough adjustment that you'll ever need. What is the difference between the HICAS and non HICAS version of your kits? The HICAS kits only come with lockouts for camber where as if you don't have HICAS you will need twice as many bolts and washers to suit camber and toe lockout. What if I'm running an S14/S15 rear subframe in my S13? You will need to purchase an S14/S15 rear lockout kit. The bolt lengths are different between the 2 kits for the toe arm mount.
