These look like a zipper pouch with a side sleeve to write your name and contact info on but the vest folds out of it and doubles as a back pocket when it is being worn. You won't lose your storage bag that way. The brand is Vizzy Kidz which was a small family owned Australian company that took a step back for family reasons and never started back up.
