Mid-length, lined skirt is white cotton rayon damask (upcycled from vintage tablecloth). Black poly silk sash has off-center pink pansy on front and ties at back waist for custom fit. Includes three upcycled/locally sourced accessories (white hair scrunchie with shimmer sequins, black fabric purse with faux pearl bead double handles and purple Mardi-Gras beads; see pic). Machine washable in cold water on gentle cycle. Hang to dry. Press with steam on wool/low setting as needed. Dress price is determined by work time and cost of thrifted materials.
