Based on the 1957 Les Paul Standard, the top is finished in Candy Apple Blue, a bright, deep blue color with a lame luster that makes this a one-of-a-kind piece. The body back is finished in natural finish with good mahogany wood. The neck is 1959 neck shape with medium jumbo frets. This neck shape is easy to grip and easy to handle with excellent playability. The instrument also features powerful specifications in terms of sound, including unpotted Custom Bucker pickups updated for the 60th Anniversary model in 2019, Luxe Bumblebee condensers, and pots with vintage curves. The sweet-sounding neck pickup, the crisp and clean bridge pickup, and the exquisite, dead-toned mix position all have their own appealing sounds.
