Description: This listing is for 15 Ghost Pepper seeds. These seeds were collected from Ghost peppers (also known as Bhut Jolokia peppers) that were grown to full maturity (red) in my garden during the summer of 2022. The seeds were then dried, packaged, and ready to send to you. Ghost peppers thrive in warm to hot weather (65-85 degrees F) during the daytime hours but can be grown indoors with adequate light. Like all peppers, ghost peppers do well in an area with good morning sun and in soil with a pH level around 5 to 6 (slightly acidic). Ghost peppers are no joke when it comes to heat. They are the previous world record holder in Scoville Heat Units (SHU) at 1,000,000+SHU. Extremely hot peppers when consumed raw. When growing super hot peppers, it is recommended that you use a heating mat to increase germination rates. Also, wear gloves whenever handling the seeds or fruit from these plants. To keep shipping costs low, your order will be mailed through USPS in an envelope. No tracking options will be available. Please contact me directly if you have any questions or concerns and I will make every attempt to resolve them in an amicable manner.
