Description: This item is a gently used, preowned pair of G.H. Bass & Co. men’s size 9 C 1936 Logan Flat Strap Weejuns Loafer-the ORIGINAL penny loafer featuring smooth, wine colored leather & traditional moc stitching. The shoes have been well maintained & are very clean (see pictures); the leather uppers on both shoes are in very good condition with the overall shape and most of the upper stitching still intact (see pictures)-there is a pulled stitch on the inside top strap of the right shoe (see pictures) but it doesn’t impact function at this time. The leather soles on the bottom of the shoes are worn down but the primary stitching is still visible (marginally in spots-see pictures); the heels also show signs of wear with the rear heel outer edge showing supination from the prior owner (see pictures). The left shoe has a scuff on the outside heel and along the upper edge (see pictures). As with all Weejuns, at some point in the near future, the shoes will need to be re-soled (see pictures).
