Horn does have scratches, finish wear and minor dings. This does have a new coat of clear lacquer. Please refer to the photos. The Getzen Company, located in Elkhorn, WI was one of the first to design a marching horn with forward projection. This comes with an Eb and F slide which allows the player to play in either key.
