This is a functional budget leather that is still quality even with the defects. For the loops I used 5/6 ounce leather. Hand stitched with 346 Nylon Bonded Thread from the Leather Machine Co.Everything I make is made from real leather. Everything I make is hand made. I do not use a sewing machine, I hand stitch every sheath. Machine stitched items can unravel easily. Making a sheath last as long as possible for my customers is my goal.
