Description: Georgian Kings Cream Ladle James McKay Sterling 1827 Edinburgh Mono Antique George IV sterling silver cream ladle in the King's pattern, having an engraved monogram "W" on the front of the handle. Made by James McKay, Edinburgh, Scotland 1827. This great ladle is 6" long and weighs 31.7 grams or 1.02 ozs Troy. The soft, warm, original finish is present, with no buffing or machine polishing. The excellent original condition and clear, crisp detail, with no removals, repairs or alterations, make this an especially attractive offering.
