The belt is curved so this is an estimate, see photos. It is a large size and looks to fit from 38" to 42"; but keep in mind it is a drop holster and I DO NOT GUARANTEE IT WILL FIT YOUR WAIST. please see the photos. I believe the holster was made to fit a Colt Scout or Ruger Single Six but have no way of knowing for sure.
