Description: George Jones Hand Enamelled Adams Rose 7 Inch Plate Circa 1873-1907 Nice antique earthenware plate. Decorated in an Adams Rose type pattern with hand enamelled underglaze red roses and blue flowers with large green leaves. Red trim along the edge. Impressed GJ Crescent mark on the base. Also marked with the lion and unicorn above England in black. Produced by George Jones between 1873 and 1907. Has wear consistent with age and use, but otherwise good condition. Measures approximately 7 inches wide. This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not effect the display of the piece. DV
